Celtic-engraved All Sapele D2 Dulcimer Electric/Acoustic 4-String

This is a custom-engraved all-Sapele D2 we made as we developed the Celtic pattern. The Sapele Mahogany version is crafted of solid Sapele, with a 1/8" Sapele top with our Celtic-inspired engraved top design. Features a Rosewood bridge with a custom injection molded acetal saddle. The sound is loud, clear, and beautiful. Will play along well with an acoustic guitar, cajon, etc.. Finished with several coats of lacquer. Perfect for new players and pros alike - these are just a ton of fun to play. And their small size and weight make them very easy to bring to the beach, the woods, the backyard, or just noodle on it right at home. This electric/acoustic version of the Boondocker includes a piezo-electric pickup, volume knob and jack to allow you to plug into your favorite amplifier or PA system.
