By placing an order on jaromin.com, you agree to these terms.

Products. Product descriptions, photos, and specs are provided in good faith. Handmade instruments can vary slightly in grain, finish, and appearance.

Pricing & availability. Prices and stock are subject to change until your order is confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order if an item cannot be fulfilled.

Orders. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We’ll confirm by email. Custom and made-to-order items follow the lead time quoted for that order.

Shipping & returns. See our Shipping and Refund policies. Risk of loss passes when the carrier accepts the package, except where we are responsible for damage in transit as described in our refund policy.

Intellectual property. Site content, branding, and product designs are owned by Jaromin Guitars / Boondocker and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, beyond the amount you paid for the order at issue.
