Zeppelin Design Labs

Sister workshop

Two workshops, one bench.

Jaromin Guitars and Zeppelin Design Labs are sister workshops. Same family, same DIY streak, same Chicago-area shop DNA — different benches.

At Jaromin we build travel-ready instruments: Boondocker dulcimer guitars, Elite ukuleles, G3 travel guitars, and the DIY Dulcimer Kits that started it all. At Zeppelin we design and hand-make DIY electronic kits — contact mics, pedals, amps, synths, and controllers — so musicians can hear and understand what's inside their gear.

If you like building, tinkering, or taking music on the road, you'll feel at home in both places.

Good pairings

A few places the catalogs meet — instruments from this shop, gear from the sister bench.
