Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Jaromin / Boondocker purchase.

30-day returns. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if something isn’t right. Items should be returned in original, unused condition with all included accessories.

Custom or one-of-a-kind builds (including custom GDG Boondockers and similar made-to-order work) may be handled case by case — reach out and we’ll work with you.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Damaged-in-transit claims should include photos; we’ll arrange a replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
